Low Price Guarantee We are committed to providing you with outstanding customer service and the best prices on the Web. If you find a lower price, let us know and we will do our best to match or beat the price of our competitors!
We need to know the website address, the listed price of the favor, and how many favors you would like to purchase. To Qualify: • Item must be in stock on competitor's website. • Shipping and promotional coupons are not included in any price match. • Discontinued, sale, or clearance items, do not qualify. • Item must be the same item number and made by the same manufacturer.
*Favor Event reserves the right to deny any price match that does not meet the above qualifications.
*We cannot honor our low price guarantee on items already shipped.

Return Policy
If you are not absolutely satisfied with any non-personalized product you purchased from us simply contact us at info@favorevent.com or call us at 1-800-939-6424 for a return authorization number within 30 days of receiving your order. You can then return the item for a refund or replacement less shipping charges.
We will accept authorized returns as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.
A credit will be issued to the credit card that was used for the value of the merchandise less original shipping charges.
All personalized, edible and custom designed products are non-returnable or refundable.
Customers will be responsible for any freight charges associated with the original order as well as the return shipping and those charges are non-refundable.
For your own protection, please use a reputable shipping service such as FEDEX or UPS, that offer a tracking number. Also, please be sure to have the items insured against damage. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged.
We are unable to accept returns for Personalized/Customized Products, Edible Products, or Special Orders.
Sample Favor Orders
You are welcome to order one of any favor as a sample. You will be charged the unit price of the favor plus shipping. We will only ship complete sets of favors that come in a set. Ex. If a favor comes in a set of four, you must order a sample set of four. Sorry no refunds on sample orders.
Placing an Order To place an order on our website; select the items you would like to purchase and place them in your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, select the "checkout" feature to begin the checkout process. Once you have entered your shipping, billing, and credit card information, submit your order. You may also place your order by calling our toll free number 800-939-6424. One of our staff will be happy to assist you.
Order processingOrders received after 3:00pm EST, are processed the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Please note that major holidays may affect your order and ship time.
Payment Options We accept Master Card, VISA, American Express, and Discovery. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.
Notification of Order Once your order has been processed you will receive email conformation of your order. Please note: orders placed without an email address will not receive conformation.
Order Status
To check on the status of your order, please use the tracking number you were e-mailed. You may also e-mail us at orders@favorevent.com. When e-mailing please include your name, and order number.
Out of stock or back-ordered items We keep the website updated with this information. Order availability will show orders that are back-ordered with the projected available date. Occasionally, an order may get through for an item that is not available. In this case we will notify the customer by e-mail or phone and either an alternative product will be offered or an order cancellation and/or refund will be offered. Shipping
Favor Event uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. We've found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers. If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases and to most destinations. There is an additional cost to ship overnight or 2nd day air that will appear at checkout when you choose this option.
At this time we are not set up to ship to PO boxes including APO and FPO addresses. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Does Favor Event ship internationally?
We do ship to Canada and offer UPS World Ease as an option to reduce your Canadian taxes and duties on favors that contain the letters KA in the order code. We also ship to the UK and Australia on favors that contain the letters KA in the order code, but please note we can only ship to these two countries in case quantities. At this time, we cannot ship to any other countries. Please call or e-mail to discuss "selected favor" options. Some orders delivering to Canadian addresses will incur an additional charge, and will require additional time in shipping.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email containing UPS delivery and tracking information. Please note that orders placed without an email address will not receive conformation of delivery or tracking information. Delivery Time Most orders will ship in 2-3 business days. Personalized items will normally ship in 5-7 business days. Items that have a longer delivery time will be noted in the item description. We are not responsible for your ordered items arriving on time for your event. If time is an issue, we suggest that you choose our rush order option. All of the mentioned time frames do not include transit time.
Rush Orders There is a nominal fee to rush your order. We offer UPS next day, and second day shipping. Who pays for return shipping?If the return is a result of an error on our part, we will arrange to pay the shipping costs. If there was no error on our part the customer must arrange to pay for return shipping fees. Please contact us for a return authorization number and the correct return address. All returns must be in the original packaging. If there is a mistake on a personalized item
If we made the mistake we will do our best to correct and replace your order asap. If we cannot correct and ship your order in time for your event, we will refund your account in full. If the mistake is a result of customer error, we will do our best to get you the corrected items in time for your event. Any rush charges and additional shipping costs will be at the customers expense. Typographical errors
In the rare case that this happens the customer will be notified via e-mail or phone with corrections to their order. Favor Event reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or correct any orders placed that contain the error; including but not limited to, price, delivery time, availability, minimums, etc.
