Frequently Asked Questions
May I send other wedding flowers?
Yes! Many brides send the groom's boutonniere, a bridesmaid bouquet, and mom and dad's flowers on both sides.
You can use these flowers to incorporate into your keepsake adding color and interest, or other family members may
want to order a separate keepsake. There is no obligation when sending additional flowers, however, unused flowers are not returned.
How do I get the flowers to you?
You may arrange to drop flowers off at our design studio. We can make arrangements for a Sunday drop off.
A local pick-up service for Wilmington and vicinity is available for a small fee. Flowers can be picked up near the end of your reception, or at your home or
office, the next morning. We would like to receive the flowers the day after the wedding, or soon after. If you live out of the area, we can arrnage to send you a floral shipper, so that you can safely ship the flowers to us the next business day after the wedding.
Where are you located?
We are located in Northern Delaware. We will be glad to e-mail you directions or you may call for this information.
How long does it take to preserve my bouquet?
Flowers are preserved in approximately 12-16 weeks. Our experienced designers will then work their magic to create a keepsake for you to enjoy for years to come. Total time for a finished piece is approximately 18-22 weeks. Timeline may vary with individual pieces.
What flowers preserve well?
Most flowers preserve well. White roses become creamy in color, red roses become a deep burgundy. Flowers that we
do not recommend for preservation include flowers in the Chrysanthemum family, some varieties of Asiatic Lilies and
white Stock. If you are including Bouvardia in your bouquet, please ask your florist for the larger variety. All other
flowers; Lilies, Orchids, Calla Lilies, Gerber Daisies, etc. preserve well and Roses are fantastic!
How Much Does it Cost?
Prices range from $69 to $495. There is a floral preservation for everyone!
Do I have payment options?
Yes! We want every bride to have the choice of preserving her bouquet. Once you pay the deposit you can choose to
pay the balance when you make your display decision or you can take up to 4 months to pay your balance!
My wedding has already occurred! What do I do?
Keep the flowers hydrated. DO NOT FREEZE and call us immediately! We will make every effort to fit you into our
preservation schedule. If we can accommodate you - we will arrange to receive your flowers as soon as possible to insure the best preservation results.
